The DLLOC3 18th Edition Professional Lockout kit is designed to give you the ability to safely Lockout any circuit within an existing or new domestic or light to medium commercial premises.

The PU690 enables you to prove your 2 pole voltage indicator by supplying a 690V AC voltage to the two input terminals.  With the inbuilt load of 200k ohms, at 690V the current is limited to 3.5mA.
